Our Mission

Forged with Integrity

The Zone Wrestling Club strives to create future men and women of integrity, through respect, consistency, and work ethic. Our wrestlers learn skills to compete at the highest levels, while maintaining a perspective of gratitude toward the opportunities in front of them.

Boys and girls, ages six and up — Beginner through Elite. You bring the effort; we'll bring the technique, the live wrestling, and coaches who've been exactly where you're trying to go.

Three tracks by experience. Join the practice group that fits — coaches will place wrestlers where they’ll grow.

0–2 years · Ages 6–14

Beginner

The foundation. Fundamentals of position, motion, and scoring in a high-energy room. Boys and girls welcome — no experience required.

4× Maryland state champion. 2× NCAA All-American, 2× ACC champion, and 2011 ACC Wrestler of the Year. 2012 U23 freestyle national champion with international medals. Head wrestling coach at Hereford High.

Wrestled at the Naval Academy — 3-year starter under HOF coach Bruce Burnett. Captain, U.S. Marine Corps with combat service. Former assistant at nationally top-ranked Blair Academy.
