Forged with Integrity
The Zone Wrestling Club strives to create future men and women of integrity, through respect, consistency, and work ethic. Our wrestlers learn skills to compete at the highest levels, while maintaining a perspective of gratitude toward the opportunities in front of them.
Boys and girls, ages five and up, all experience levels. You bring the effort; we'll bring the technique, the live wrestling, and coaches who've been exactly where you're trying to go.

4× Maryland state champion. 2× NCAA All-American, 2× ACC champion, and 2011 ACC Wrestler of the Year. 2012 U23 freestyle national champion with international medals. Head wrestling coach at Hereford High.

Assistant Coach
Naval Academy graduate and 3-year starter under HOF coach Bruce Burnett. Captain, U.S. Marine Corps with combat service. Former assistant at nationally top-ranked Blair Academy.

Assistant Coach
Assistant coach for Hereford High wrestling and former Hereford Junior League head coach. Wrestled collegiately at Bucknell University.
